Coconut Pumpkin Protein Bites




The simple and deliciously healthy recipe for Coconut Pumpkin Protein Bites:       

    

1 cup of fine chopped rolled oats

1/2 whole rolled oats 

1 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice

1 Tbsp cinnamon  

1/2 cup crushed walnuts

2-3 servings vanilla protein powder 


-mix dry ingredients-


3 chopped medjool dates 

1 cup honey

1/2 cup maple syrup  (optional) 


-mix well-  


Form small bite size balls and roll in coconut flakes, place on parchment paper in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
