Fire Cider

Fire cider is so great for your immunity, digestion and a gentle way to cleanse. I have been inspired by so many recipes and have taken bits and pieces from each. Here is what you will need: 6-7 inches horseradish root 6-7 inches ginger root 4-6 inches or small pieces turmeric 2 jalapeƱos 2 lemons 1-2 oranges 1 white onion 3 tbsp peppercorns 2-3 bottles of organic Bragg organic apple cider vinegar Honey- optional after fermenting Horseradish root, turmeric root, and ginger root all look similar and will be found close together in the produce section.  Peel and slice your fresh ingredients Layer into jars, this should yield you 2-3 medium jars Fill with Bragg Organic Apple Cider Vinegar- Raw and unfiltered is best! Use wax or parchment paper to separate the lid from Apple cider vinegar, you do not want the mixture touching metal.  Store in a cool dry place for 5-6 weeks.
